Educators can create professional profiles that showcase their achievements and experience, to connect with districts, schools, and organizations about employment opportunities. This app is for a diverse community of educators who are underrepresented in the profession.
For Recruiters.
Recruiters, including schools, districts, networks, and LEAs, create profiles and can post employment opportunities. Recruiters are able to demonstrate their mission to inclusion and diversity within their institution.

We recognize the inequities that are deeply rooted in our educational institutions. By diversifying education leadership and classroom teachers, students will encounter diverse perspectives and will know that America's promise that education will lead to all achievement of dreams will be fulfilled.
